Community Education Announces Upcoming Fall Offerings

TORRINGTON, WY -

The Eastern Wyoming College Community Education Office is currently accepting registrations for a variety of upcoming offerings. Trips include a fun family get-away to Cabela's in Sidney, NE. This trip has a registration deadline of October 10, and will take place on October 25. Trip pricing is $15.00 individually, or $40.00 for a family of 4. Community Education will also travel to see A Christmas Carol on Saturday, December 13. The trip costs $65.00 and has a registration deadline of October 29.

Registrations for personal enrichment classes are currently being accepted. Classes include Card Making Made Easy - Suitable for Framing, Monday, October 13. Students will create a holiday card worth framing. Pottery for Fun will begin on October 1 through November 5.

Just for the kids, registrations are still being accepted for Lil Diggers Volleyball. This will begin on October 18. Those who register by October 8 will receive a free t-shirt.

Back by popular demand, the Computer Series upcoming classes include Cut, Copy, and Paste on October 1; Next Steps in Computer Processing on October 8, and Envelopes and Labels on October 15. The Digital Photography Series continues Taking Winning Photos on October 2, 4, and 7; and Adobe Elements on October 15 and 16.

Free Tuesday Topics will continue through the month of October and November. October topics include Hidden Gems, Google Tools, Open Source Software, and Open CourseWare. These topics sessions are held in the Community Training Center each Tuesday from 12:15-12:45.
