Fine Arts Council Presents Chris Proctor, Guitar Soloist

TORRINGTON, WY -
The Eastern Wyoming Fine Arts Council announces an upcoming concert featuring nationally-recognized 6- and 12-string guitarist Chris Proctor. This concert will be held on Friday, October 17, 7:00 pm in the Eastern Wyoming College Fine Arts Auditorium in Torrington, Wyoming.
Proctor, from Utah, is touring to promote his ninth solo recording, "Ladybug Stomp." Proctor has produced several books and videos which teach his techniques and compositions for solo guitar. Critics call his guitar playing "breathtaking," "haunting," and "rich." The roots of his music can be traced to folk, jazz, pop, and classical music.
Tickets for this performance are available at the door. Cost are $7.00 adults; $5.00 students/senior citizens, $3.00 children, and $1.00 for EWC students.
