Dee Ludwig, PhD Wins Mountain-Plains Business Education Association Award

TORRINGTON, WY - Dee Ludwig was awarded the Administrator/Supervisor of the Year Award at the annual Mountain-Plains Business Education Association (M-PBEA) Conference.
Dee is the Dean of Instruction-Outreach and Lifelong Learning at Eastern Wyoming College. This award is presented annually to an administrator or supervisor who has made significant contributions to the field of business education through supervisory activities and the development and support of business programs. Nominations are made by an NBEA/M-PBEA member or by the executive boards of affiliated local, state, or regional associations. A panel of distinguished, anonymous judges evaluates each nomination packet to determine the award winner.
The Mountain-Plains Business Education Association represents business educators from a nine-state region which includes Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming; it also represents business educators in the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. M-PBEA is one of the five regional associations of the National Business Education Association.
As a regional award winner, Dee Ludwig qualifies to compete for a national-level award which will be presented at the 2008 National Business Education Association Convention to be held in San Antonio, Texas in April 2008.
