EWC to Hold Pre-Registration Days

TORRINGTON, WY - Eastern Wyoming College will be holding pre-registration dates on June 4, June 19, and July 30 to assist students in registering for fall classes. Students may register to attend a session at 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. Please call 532.8230 to register.
The day will begin with a Compass placement test practice session. The placement test is used to ensure placement into the appropriate English, reading and math courses. There is a fee of $15.00 for these computer-based tests. Please bring a calculator for the mathematics portion of the test. If you have an ACT score of 24 or above for English, and/or 21 or above for mathematics, you might be exempt from placement testing.
Parents are invited to attend a program called “You and Your Student” while the students are testing. Advisors will be available following the testing to assist in pre-registration for fall classes. Lunch will be provided.
