EWC Golf Team Places Third in Beatrice Tournament

(Torrington, WY) Eastern Wyoming College Golf team placed third at the Beatrice, NE tournament on October 3-4. EWC competed against six colleges plus two medalists teams comprised of players from the attending colleges. The two day total for EWC was 643, which was four strokes off of second place behind Beatrice. Individually, Jason Aschenbrenner of Mitchell, NE, placed in the top ten at the fourth position by shooting a 154 and Tyler Barry of Gering, NE, was in a four-way tie for tenth place with a two day total of 160. Eastern Wyoming College's Jeff Reitz and Andy Moscinski shot for the Medalists Team #1which came in with the second highest total of the tournament. The Golf team will travel to Socorro, NM on October 17-19 for their next event.
