According to Dr. Susan Walker, EWC Veterinary Technology Instructor, "These awards emphasize the quality of students we have and I am pleased to help recognize them for their hard work and dedication." As for the season she commented, " I am excited about the participation we had this past year. We started in the middle of the season and on an individual basis we were competitive. We don't have the numbers that the larger colleges have so it is difficult to be competitive for team awards. We hope to increase our number of active members for the next season and look forward to competing again this fall."
