Housing: Resident Assistants
Resident Assistants, (RAs) are current EWC students who are also on-campus residents. The RAs are hired to assist the housing department to promote safety and a sense of community in the resident halls. The RAs work at the front desk in both Eastern and Lancer Hall from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight Sunday through Thursday and 6:00 pm to 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday. The RAs are student peers who have been trained to deal with emergencies and enforce housing policies and procedures. These students are here to help you make the adjustment to college and to assist you as a new on-campus resident and student.
If you would like to be a Resident Assistant after you have successfully completed your first year at EWC, speak with the Director of Housing.
