| Available to: | Goshen County residents who have been accepted into a medical degree program. In order to be considered, the applicant must write a 500 word essay discussing their educational goals within the medical field, the manner in which they would benefit from the award, share unique personal attributes and share some of the other family, work and community service activities in which they have been involved. Attach one letter of recommendation. |
