Member since December 2000. BS in Nursing, University of North Dakota; Master of Public Administration, University of Colorado at Denver. Sherri is a retired health administrator and registered nurse. She is the past director of Wyoming Department of Health and Social Services, past director of Panhandle Community Services–Community and Migrant Health, and worked as a psychiatric nurse for 13 years. In addition to being elected to the Eastern Wyoming College Board of Trustees, Sherri has also served as the past chair of the Goshen County Lodging Tax Board, is a member of the EWC Foundation board, served as the past commissioner of the Wyoming Commission on Women, served as the past chair of the Legal Rights and Responsibilities Committee of the Wyoming Commission for Women, served as past chair of the State Legislative Committee for the Wyoming Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Club, Inc., and was the 1988 recipient of the Wyoming Human Resource Confederation Award for Exemplary Work in Public Administration.

Member since 2002. BS in Geology, University of Wyoming; BS in Secondary Science Education, University of Wyoming. Jeff is a business owner dealing in farm equipment, ATVs, yard utility carts, etc. Jeff is a member of the Presbyterian Church of Lingle and serves as a member of the Church Session and Committee on Ministry. He is a member of the Lingle Volunteer Fire Department, an EMT, a member of the Massey Dealer Council and is a member of the State of Wyoming Aeronautics Commission.

Member since December 2000. BS in Business Administration, University of Wyoming. Carl owns and operates a farm in Goshen County. He is the current secretary for the Board of Trustees. Carl is a member of the Community Hospital Advisory Board, a moderator for the First Congregational Church and a member of the Board of Directors of Platte Valley National Bank. He founded and served as the first president of the Wyo-Braska Sugar Beet Growers Association, and served on the Farm Service Agency of America as a local county committeeman.

Member since 1998. AA - Goshen County Community College (now EWC); Bachelors in Social Studies, University of Northern Colorado. Jim is a retired educator. He is also a member of the Yoder Volunteer Fire Department, a past member of Yoder Town Council, a member of the Goshen Care Center Board, a member of the EWC Foundation Board, past president of Goshen Farmers Union, a member of the Minneapolis/Moline Tractor Association, a past member of the Goshen County Fair Grounds Joint Powers Board, and a member of the Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board.

Member from 1996-2000. He was elected again in December 2004. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Rob was president of the EWC Board of Trustees from 1998-2000 and has served as the president of the Torrington Lions Club, the Board of Directors of Land of Goshen Ministries, and the state vice-chair of the Wyoming Public Employees Association Political Action Committee. He is a father of 3 sons.

Member since December 2006. BS, Colorado State University. In 2005, George retired after 26 years as the manager of Jirdon Agri Chemical Inc. He is currently a licensed realtor in Wyoming and Nebraska. George is the president of the Community Hospital Board, past president and member of the Torrington Rotary Club, and current vice president of the Friends of Guernsey State Park Association. His past public service includes council member - Town of Torrington, past president of the Wyoming Grain and Feed Dealer Association, past director of the Torrington Chamber of Commerce, past member of the Goshen County Planning Commission, past president of the Goshen Care Center and Evergreen Court, and past Assistant District Governor - Rotary 5440.

Member since December 1996. Dale is a retired businessman. He was employed as a store manager for Safeway for 18 years. Dale then moved back to Torrington where he and his family opened the Daylight Donut Shop. Dale has served as treasurer and vice president of the EWC Board of Trustees and just completed 6 years as Board President. He has been a member of the Rotary Club, the Lions Club, the Chamber of Commerce, served on planning and zoning commissions, and is the current president of his Homeowners Association. He is very involved with his church and youth group.
